We all miss certain things from the past. Here is my list of things I miss..
A hundred things I miss. Make me wish I was Peter Pan. Never growing up
And ignorance really is bliss isn't it?
I miss the days from childhood, when I used to play on the street with a friend collecting snails and making them little houses out of twigs. Or we would tap on their shells waiting for them to pop their heads out. I miss that feeling of carelessness - the feeling that stress should be a non-existent word, because my thoughts wee - if it is going to happen, it will happen, why waste time worrying?
I miss the days when I used to collect worms and ladybirds in the garden and keep them in jars.
I miss the days where school was my absolute favourite and I loved art, stories and creative things.
I miss all the best friends I lost along the way of growing up.
I miss watching cartoons from the eyes of that youngster that has a thirst for experiencing life so much.
I miss certain friends, and certain times.
Leaving the "childhood" charm is itself an essence that I miss.
Carefree nature. School. And all childish dreams. With no worries of 'worries'.
What do you miss about your childhood?
